Julien Kelland has 2 EP’s under her belt, over 1 million YouTube views, and 2 viral videos. Most recently, her single “Death of Me” has found tremendous success on Spotify playlists, as well as 4 TV placements (to date), including Freeform’s “Siren”, MTV’s “Are You The One”, MTV’s “Ghosted”, and CBS’s “Love Island USA”. This doesn’t come as a surprise considering this Toronto-based artist started singing as soon as she could talk. Her powerful vocals have captivated audiences opening for Doc Walker, SPOONS, Tyler Shaw, & Platinum Blonde. Julien has performed hundreds of shows all over Ontario including HitsFest, The Horseshoe Tavern, Casa Loma, and 2 EP releases in her hometown. Over the years, she has developed her own voice as an artist and songwriter. Pulling influences from Florence Welch, Bishop Briggs, Maggie Rogers, & Adele, Julien is creating her own version of “Dark Pop”; almost cinematic in production, while maintaining a connection to her roots inspired by classic rock, folk, and even jazz artists like Fleetwood Mac, Carole King, Billy Joel, Etta James, & more. Julien found her love for music at a very young age. She began studying voice through the Royal Conservatory of Music at age 6, and is currently working towards her ARCT.
